On the 23rd, I spoke at an incredible panel of queer leaders around our leadership and legacy, for a fantastic event hosted by We Create Space.

Jolinda Johnson facilitated, and Elliot Theodor and Barry Brandon were on the panel with me. Elliot is a physiotherapist and non-binary trans man working with the trans and non-binary communities to provide physical therapy support. Barry is a lifestyle curator and social media influencer who shares information about global queer movements and culture on social media while building relationships across communities.

We gathered to discuss values in our businesses and our work, how we bring our queer identities to our work, and what that looks like for each of our industries. It was such an energising talk, and we spoke about whether and how our queer identities should factor into our activism – and what that even means. It was my first event with We Create Space and I’m so thrilled to join their incredible team of speakers!
