Shifting power by mainstreaming participatory and decolonial approaches to social impact

Use this guide to the four stages of psychological safety, based on Tim R. Clark’s book, to help identify where you fit. It’s useful in group meetings – including training – to identify the types of inclusion and safety that your organisation and team facilitates. Last week, I shared some more information about what each stage means, but I wanted to put this guide together to support your teams to walk through where you all fit. It’s a great starting point for conversations around how to support each other better, identify where you aren’t upholding key values, and where things are working well.
