Though this is technically a behavioural interview technique used in recruitment, I think the CAR method is a great tool. I use it often to gather stories of change and to write case studies. You can use it to organise a conversation and speak to your communities, or even internally within your team.
It focusses on three components: challenge, action, and result. You can see how great a tool this is to build even a simple story – a clear beginning, middle, and end!
