When working with a client to implement a PMEL system or framework, one of the first hurdles they face is their resources. NGOs have limited time and capacity after all, so what can we reasonably expect them to add to their workload? Is PMEL really so important?

So I put together this little guide. It contains eight common types of monitoring, some of which we maybe haven’t considered to be monitoring work in the first place.

I want to show you how easy it really can be to start somewhere and build a system you need that fits your purpose. Check it out.

What do you already do? What would you like to do more of, or do better? And let’s talk from there!
