I spoke at a seminar recently for staff at the University of Bradford. The three-hour session was designed by We Create Space, and is a leadership and self-development programme to explore how our individual identities intersect at work and help uncover the masks that prevent us from achieving authentic professional and personal fulfilment. 

Maylis Djikalou facilitated the session, and we were joined by Nick Kientsch and Andre Johnson. We discussed the importance of intersectionality and leadership. I spoke about queerness and feminism, and cultivating mental and emotional intelligence as a business leader in this space. I spoke about the importance of community and allyship and bringing people along with you on the journey.
