I came across this interesting report on LinkedIn from The Equality Institute. I won’t lie, I did play ‘yep, that’s happened to me too’ bingo so be warned – this may get upsetting. While microaggressions are only micro when compared to genocide, as the infographic says – they stem from systems of oppression.
