The Independent Evaluation Group shared a very useful, introductory guide for evaluators. You’ll find a lot of different methods, with detailed notes on its main features, pros and cons, and how to use this. It was written by Jos Vanesen, Sebastien Lemire, and Barbara Befani.

It’s a great resource to get to know a new method or framework, or dive into more detail on a method you may already be familiar with.

I’m using it to learn about the Delphi method to get feedback and opinions from a group of people. I’m considering how to use this with focus groups as a more comprehensive tool to gather community feedback.

Hope it’s useful for you!
