Another great resource from Gender at Work, this toolkit was developed for the International Women’s Development Agency and is a great facilitation tool.

Use it to support feminist organisations or even to help bring a feminist, inclusive, participatory lens to your work. It can help you better understand important issues, such as leadership, governance, accountability, self-care, and collective care.

In it, you’ll find a useful facilitation guide and organisational self-assessment module. Both sections are really useful to help you think through what you want to get out of the session and practice. I use the practice to help reflect on where me and my clients want to go, and the kind of work we want to do.
