Here is a quick guide to the four concepts in JEDI that I use – Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion – and how they relate to each other. I also explain what they should look like in practice. This is useful to keep on hand before a training session, to make sure everyone is on the same page about why we care about these ideas and applying them properly.
