Use this checklist to help you identify challenges to your work, project, or organisation. It’s best used during the planning phase, but you should refer back to this every time you’re working on updates to your project: planning and conducting site visits, writing donor reports, conducting a portfolio review at the end of the year, etc.

It’s by no means a comprehensive list of challenges, so take these ideas as a starting point. Use them to facilitate conversations Think deeply about what other challenges and themes are coming up during the conversation, and make your own version of this checklist. Keep it on your MEL folder and refer back to it regularly, and share it with your colleagues to build knowledge.
